If you are not in the local Denver Metro Area and  live in the great states of Colorado or Michigan, please contact me here.  I happily offer the same counseling services as if you had visited in person. Online sessions are scheduled Tuesday through Thursday with times throughout day and evening hours. Friday and Saturday appointments can be made by special arrangements.​

Standard Fees*:

• $175 per 45-minute internet/telehealth session of individual therapy.
  
• $200 per 60-minute internet/telehealth session of individual therapy.
  
• $250 per 75-minute internet/telehealth session couples/family therapy.
  
  • Reduced or sliding fee rates may be available for some circumstances.
    
• Adjunct to counseling/therapy
  • NeurOptimal® neurofeedback- $125.00 per brain training session.
  • Reduced or sliding fee rates may be available for some circumstances.
    
  • I offer a multi-sessions discount after the first three training sessions.

Accepted Payment Types:
I accept major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards through my encrypted telehealth platform and client portal.

Insurance Options:
While I am not contracted with any insurance companies at this time, I am happy to provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider. Coverage varies greatly, but my services may be covered in part or in full by your insurance provider. Please contact your HMO or health insurance plan directly to learn more about what your plan covers. Below are some questions that are helpful to ask:

• Do my insurance benefits include mental health services?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Will I be required to pay a copay?
• Is there a limit to the number of sessions per year my plan covers? What is my deductible?
• Will an out-of-network provider’s Superbill be accepted?
  
• How do I submit an out-of-network claim/bill? 
  
• Do I need to get approval from my primary care physician?

I am also contracted with Mines & Associates Employee Assistance Program (EAP). If your employer offers the Mines & Associates EAP benefit, please notify them to send me authorization so that you may utilize your benefit.

Cancellations:
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make your appointment. If you miss your appointment and fail to notify me, you will be billed for the full cost of the session.

*  Credit card billing occurs after each session. Late cancellation & no-shows/no calls will be charged the full session amount. Termination of bundled sessions without notice will result in credit card charge equal to one-half (1/2) of the remaining session dollar ($) amount.
